Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are included.

Non-returnable items

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces.
  • Products marked as Final Sale.
  • Items returned without tags or showing signs of use.

How to return

Raise a request

Within 7 days of delivery, email or WhatsApp us your order number and reason for return.

Schedule pickup

We'll arrange a reverse pickup at your address (subject to serviceability) or share a drop-off option.

Quality check

Once we receive the item, our team inspects it to ensure it meets return conditions.

Refund or exchange

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method in 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

For size or variant exchanges, follow the same steps above and mention the preferred variant. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — we'll reach out to collect account details.
